Cooking Advice for Gluten and Dairy-Free Households
I can provide guidance and assistance for those making the transition to a gluten- and/ or dairy-free diet. I myself have been gluten- and dairy-free for two and a half years now and have spent a lot of time experimenting with the vast array of wonderful alternative ingredients available. If anything, the food I eat now is even more varied, nourishing and delicious as my eyes have been opened to a whole new larder of ingredients. I prepare food using good quality, wholefoods and have always stayed well away from the many packaged and processed gluten- and dairy-free products available. Not only are these products very expensive, many are full of artificial additives, preservative and processed sugar.
